SEP Appoints new VP of Sales

Holzkirchen – 11/12/2018 – SEP, a leader in platform-independent hybrid backup and disaster recovery solutions, has announced the appointment of Jan Trinkl as vice president of sales. He will bring years of experience in the IT industry to his new role. Throughout his tenure, Mr. Trinkl has held various management positions in direct and channel sales at notable tech companies including CommVault, EMC, COMPAREX and HPE.

In his new position, Mr. Trinkl will focus on expanding global sales initiatives to realign global sales, improve focus on customer needs, and collaborate with key technology partners around the world. He plans to focus on success with both end user and partner sales. Market support will be optimized by strengthening company resources and the company will work towards strengthening longstanding partnerships with SAP, Fujitsu, Red Hat and SUSE.
